Yesterday, we had our friends Evan and Leah (and of course their little girl, Kendall) over to celebrate the fourth of July with us!
We were planning on grilling out and letting the girls play and swim outside, but unfortunately it rained all day. We still ended up grilling out, but we just ate inside. We had a yummy meal (which as you can see, the girls really enjoyed) of steaks, baked potatoes, salad, and corn on the cob. For dessert, Leah made a DELICIOUS HOMEMADE apple pie...to die for.
The girls had a blast, as always, running around being silly together. They were laughing and running and jumping...even giving each other hugs, and it was precious. You could really tell they were just so excited to see each other.
We had so much fun spending the day with them...hopefully, next year we'll do the same...except with no rain!
